Important Information.

Trust Policy - (No Deposit Journeys).

  • We DO NOT double book and we work on a trust basis.
  • We WON'T let you down but we don't expect you to let us down either.
  • We book ALL journeys according to Public Carriage Office License guidelines.
  • Without FULL client details bookings will not be confirmed.
  • Provided you supply all the CORRECT DETAILS requested, no deposits are necessary.
  • All we ask is that you pay the driver in CASH (£sterling) before your journey commences.
  • Please do not leave the airport without making contact with us - our driver will be there!
    (and if you can't find him, we will get him to you while you are on the phone and refund the cost of the phone call!)

    If you miss your flight please phone us immediately to let us know so we can rearrange a pick up time.
    (There is no extra charge for this. (Unless you fail to warn us by at least one(1) hour before scheduled arrival time.)
    If you do not see your driver immediately - don't panic, he is there. Go to the Customer Information Desk.

    If you still don't see him - phone the number below from any phone and we will get him to you.
    Please Do not leave the airport without contacting us, as you will still be liable for the fare!
